This CIR is one of the most important aspect of the service you receive, because unlike other providers who only give you "up to" speeds, we always guarantee you a minimum level of service.

Additional Products & Services
Your iDirect system can be customized based on geographical location and performance requirements. Typical hardware and service upgrades include but are not limited to:
- Dish size: 1.80m and 2.40m.
- Transmitter power: 6-Watt, 8-Watt, 10-Watt BUCs.
- Telephony: 4 line, 8 line and 16 line voice over IP routers.
- Remote telephony: Direct Inward System Access (DISA) gateways to access VoIP service via local Telco.
- Co-location: Customer equipment can be co-located at the Network Operations Center (NOC) and connected directly into the iDirect satellite Hub for optimized VLAN, VPN and proxy access from the remote site(s).
