Satellite System Installation
Unlike other consumer electronics, satellite television and 2-way Internet via satellite requires indoor and outdoor installation. You should be able to install a Bell TV or Shaw Direct satellite dish if you have prior experience working with the following:
- Ratchet and wrench set
- Corded or cordless electric drill for mast installation and to run cables through walls
- Ladder to climb on the side or on the roof of your house
- Pliers and crimper to cut and crimp cable
- Audio / Video equipment to connect your system
If you do not have experience working with such equipment, you might want to have your system installed professionally.
V-Sat systems should always be installed by a professional installer.
