The following services are available on the East coast of Canada, the USA and throughout the Caribbean, via Hispasat, located at 30°West. The channels are in Mpeg-2 DVB-S (standard definition) and require a free-to-air receiver. A 100cm dish is recommended for optimal signal quality. |

TVC Internacional es un canal de televisió que difon a tota Europa la programació de TV3 i Canal 33. Qualsevol ciutadà resident en el territori europeu pot rebre les emissions de TVC Internacional. Només fa falta un receptor digital adequat i una antena parabòlica o estar subscrit a alguna de les plataformes digitals que n'emeten el senyal a través del satèl.lit Astra, com Canal satélite Digital, a Espanya, o Canal Satellite Numerique, a França.
Canal Vasco is designed with America and the Americans in mind. Spanish is its lingua franca. Material in Basque is explained or subtitled. The programmes are for the general public and are aimed at a wider audience than people who claim to be of Basque origin or who have Basque sympathies. They are provided for anyone interested in explaining, understanding and finding out about life in this way, as well as for anyone who chooses this channel to get closer to Europe. Canal Vasco is a two-way chanel: it brings Basque affairs closer to America and American affairs closer to the Basque Country.
