This unit comes with a 1 year warranty. Ku Satellites will service most problems you may encounter with this receiver - contact us if you need warranty service.
Please note that these receivers are intented for the reception of free television channels only. Unauthorized use of this receiver is not supported by us.
Notes:
- All our receivers are shipped with the latest firmware version. It is not necessay to update any software in your receiver unless it is at least 1 or 2 years old (depending on the model).
- Free-to-air offers hundreds of channels from all around the World that do not require a monthly subscription. See our Mpeg-2 section for more details. You agree, by purchasing a Free-to-air receiver, that you will not modify your receiver it in any way, shape or form, in an attempt to receive subscription programming for which you have not paid the required subscription fees.
