The iDirect 5100 Satellite Router is one of the key component of a V-Sat system. It is intended to be used with larger data rates than the 3100 series router or in specific SCPC link situations.

Developed specifically to support the business critical applications of enterprise customers, the iNFINITI 5000 Series combines a flexible networking platform with the highest TCP/IP throughput in the industry - 18 Mbps downstream, and 4.2 Mbps upstream. This high bandwidth capacity, combined with iDirect's network flexibility, and Quality of Service (QoS) allows the iNFINITI 5000 Series to go beyond traditional satellite networking, and operate as an extension of your landline network.

iDirect's iNFINITI 5000 Series Satellite Routers are a "single box" solution that includes a satellite modem, IP router, TCP acceleration over satellite, and QoS/prioritization in an easy to deploy, reliable design. The iNFINITI 5000 Series is designed to support multiple topologies including SCPC.
